Games & Quizzes
Games and quizzes are an interactive mode that allows SERVIS participants to take part in a variety of different games to obtain points. Points are collected for each game mode and added to the highscore board. Every first Sunday of the month the points will be evaluated and a monthly winner is determined.
Note: The games that can be played in a group can be adjusted through the respective settings. Simply write $settings to SERVIS and follow the link.
Daily Quiz
Receive a quiz question for the group every day at the specified time. Either at a fixed time or randomly within a specified hour. You can select the difficulty and time of the quiz questions in the settings.
Daily Games
Experience a new challenge every day! A random game is triggered within 1-60 minutes of the specified hour. Currently, we offer eight exciting custom games:
Adventure
A weekly adventure for all participants joining this challenge. Once a week (as defined in the group settings) SERVIS will ask participants to join him on an adventure. In order to participate you will have to first select the maximum distance of your adventure. The bigger the area the more points you can achieve. SERVIS will send out a location that each user has to visit in order to get their points. In addition, every month a user will get a dedicated monthly challenge as well.
Casino Spins
Participants that feel lucky (or desperate) can trigger a casino spin by simply sending $spin into the group. This will trigger a casino-like game. Good Luck!
Special Chat Modes
Access specialized chat contexts that remember your conversation history and provide expert-level assistance in specific domains.

AI Training Coach
SERVIS includes a full AI-powered training coach accessible directly via WhatsApp. Tell the coach your goal — a 10K, a marathon, a triathlon — and it will build a personalized training plan around your fitness level, schedule, and history.
Getting started: Send $sport or $coach to toggle coaching mode on. Then chat naturally with the coach. Access your full training dashboard via $settings → Training tab.
Personalized Plans
The AI coach generates week-by-week training plans tailored to your goal, fitness level, and available days. Plans respect safe progression rules — no more than 10% volume increase per week, proper recovery weeks, and race tapering.
Race Readiness
Track your readiness score as race day approaches. The coach evaluates your completed workouts, consistency, and fatigue to tell you how prepared you are and what to focus on.
Garmin & Strava Integration
Connect your Garmin account to push planned workouts directly to your device calendar. Strava and Garmin activity history can be synced back to give the coach full context on your recent training load.
Conversational Coaching
Ask the coach anything — adjust today's workout, swap a session, ask about pacing or nutrition. It remembers your profile and adapts the plan in real time via WhatsApp.

SERVIS now supports settings changes via our website. Simply send a message with $settings or look into your group description to get a link to your specific settings page.
